Human Resources In a NBD project employees can learn entrepreneurial action and further develop their competencies, either by being the responsible project leader or contributing as a project team member to its success.

The opportunities for employees to develop themselves professionally are the better, the more development stages the project reaches in the Stage Gate Process. Possibly, the employee takes on a management role in the new start-up company derived from his NBD project.
